 Carpeting
 Cherry wood wall base
 Plaster molding / ornaments
 Custom cherry wood bar counter and back bar
 New H.V.A.C. system and Duct work
 Sprinkler work
 New Plumbing for kitchen / bar area
 Upgrade AMP. / Lighting system
 Telecommunication system
 Custom made steel work
